I am a highly experienced boxing coach & personal trainer based in Kettering.
My goal is to help you build the routine and discipline you need to achieve your goals.
All bookings are tailored to the individual’s availability & physical condition.
Classes
High Intensity Training (HIT)
HIT is a form of strength training, the training focuses on performing quality weight training repetitions to the point of momentary muscular failure. Sessions can last for 40 minutes or 60 minutes.

Aerobic Exercises
Any of various sustained exercises, as jogging, rowing, swimming, or cycling, that stimulate and strengthen the heart and lungs, thereby improving the body’s utilization of oxygen. Stretching
Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon (or muscle group) is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle’s felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion. Group & Private Sessions
Boot-camps, Circuits classes & Buddies Training. All group sessions are 3 to 6 participants £50. (Groups bigger than 6 will be £5 per person,10 maximum per boot camp). Or… Train in your own selected group. This will help you to build a Lifestyle commitment, routine to discipline yourself into achieving your goals, all bookings can be tailored to the groups availability or physical condition during an active booking. Boxing Pad Work and Circuits
Focus mitt training is not only about speed and power. There’s also rhythm, timing, accuracy, strategy, style. Hitting the focus mitts is not only a great workout but also intellectually stimulating helping you to achieve a more refined slick “sweet boxing” skills. Circuit Training
Circuit Training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. Boxing
Boxing is a community sport where people come together to improve themselves. It’s a sport that challenges you mentally and physically more than you ever thought possible. You suffer only as much pain as you dare to push yourself. Although fighting is not required, testing your limits will be! It’s most certainly the best workout you’ve ever had. Nutrition
You can’t out-train a poor diet!

I have a deep interest in nutrition and the role it plays in allowing us to achieve optimal health. I’ve put together a nutritional fact sheet containing educational material and suggested meal plan options. This is all part of the welcome pack when you book your first session.

About your coach

Nathan Nevols

I have lived as a boxer and a boxing coach for the past 25 years and in that time I have had some great experiences working with weight management and discipline to maintain a lifestyle. I also gained a sports coaching degree which covered sports science and focused on sports performance, going into detail on psychology, physiology, anatomy, nutrition & bio-mechanics.

This is not another fad diet plan it’s a lifestyle choice. This is non competitive, I use boxing as a tool.

You’re getting a personal coach who actually cares, who looks at your progress in deeper ways than just times, sets and reps and will offer solutions to help you push yourself. It’s not about the shape of your body, the objective I have is for you to feel better within yourself, using nutrition and exercise the rest will follow. This is a sustainable lifestyle change!
